Crea International developed for the new commercial proposal of Unicredit a revolutionary format : the bank as a luxuriant garden

“ ‘Agenzia Tu’ is a specialized network of branches from UniCredit, one of Italy’s largest banking networks, targeted to a fast growing market: immigrants and atypical workers that need to be reassured and encouraged to take advantage of the three simple services on offer: mortgages, personal loans and bank accounts.”

Crea International was asked to work on brand values, consumer understanding and banking trend

Reassurance and concept design innovation, present and future, information and transaction, privacy and transparency are the key words of  “Agenzia Tu”, with the aim to offer a new retail service design strategy.

The environmental branding is a key characteristic of the project: it is the pivot for both emotional and commercial communication.

Flowers from all over the world and multi racial faces transform themselves in a symbol of welcome to transfer the message of friendship and hope.

Each image combined with the strong claim “You” must underline the engagement of the bank to support the dream of every customer.

The new retail banking design developed by Crea International is based on an accurate delivery of the Physical Brand Design drawn up for Unicredit

A multifunctional counter able to face every single need of the consumer to establish a strong relationship with the bank, giving sense of reassurance on one side and innovation on the other.

The customers is attracted and reassured through clarity of communication and environmental transparency and and the bank gets trust by customers offering a customized assistance.

The bank is imagined as a luxuriant garden: a design concept that Crea International developed for this new targeted and simplified banking format

Store design innovation right from the window system: large totally transparent stained-glass windows with a big hyper graphic sticker in the centre that communicates the services and the values of “Agenzia Tu” : “transparency, simplicity, welcome, trust”.

The banking services are delivered through a selfservice area positioned at the entrance that offers the opportunity to this young and computer skilled target to carry out online operations and multi functional islands that combine front-desk and consultancy providing privacy and comfort.

In addition to the serene atmosphere created by the freshness of the windows and by the personalized walls and the wooden floor , the environment is enriched by a spacious and comfortable sofa that gives the impression to be at a friend’s house.
