Tim Global Retail Network Concept was developed during many years of collaboration, conceiving Temporary, Franchising, Flagship, Multibrand and Shopping Center stores

Since 2009 the long lasting collaboration with Tim has developed distributive retail formats.

The design concept of TIM was based on the philosophy of simplicity and clear interpretation of the space where strategic concept “Warm Technology” was conceived.

The “wave” logo shape is integrated within the store from the furnishing lines to the wall system creating smooth, unique distinctive environment highlighting the way TIM can improve their life maximizing the customer experience.

Through the Physical Brand Design methodology and teamwork, we were able to plan and execute rollouts of more than 3,360 stores with 6 general contracts, 15 suppliers, 9 architecture studios.

The project coherently reflects the current look & feel of the TIM store concept by enhancing the brand awareness including the experiential Samsung branded area. The natural materials like wood vibrate within the telecom retail design concept as relational closeness and the identity of creative and generous people able to welcome others from any nationality and ages.

The showroom area is dedicated to display and sale of products and it recalls the design elements of the current Tim network retail store design. The brand colors and materials aim to enfold customers by conveying an easy and simple experience through the international language of design.

The values of warmth, closeness and welcoming of Tim retail store is applied to shopping centers locations. Simplicity, transparency and clear interpretation of the space was translated even in small environments inside the shopping centers through a versatile concept design.
